I'm a somatic coach working with anxious, stressed-out humans who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life.

I help people befriend their nervous systems so they can actually do the things that matter - like setting boundaries without apologising, feeling their fear without it running the show, and redefining what "being okay" even means.

Inclusive, not neutral

I work with people from all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences. I see the world as a place where everyone deserves the freedom to be themselves, feel safe, and be valued for their differences.

This includes standing for Palestinian liberation. If that doesn't sit right with you, we're not a good fit.
